An outstanding Ayurvedic Doctor from a long lineage of highly esteemed Ayurvedic Doctors in Kerala, India (the home of Ayurveda) and Helen Altman experienced yoga therapist and teacher are offering this weekend retreat at Hearth and Soul Retreat Centre in the Overberg, Western Cape.

Yoga and Ayurveda are the two interrelated branches of the same great tree of the ancient Vedic knowledge that encompasses all of human life. The sister arts of healing and spirituality. Yoga is an essential part of Ayurveda and Ayurveda is an essential component of the Yogic path.

We will be exploring this through gentle practise, breathing, guided meditation and excellent talks. This retreat is open to all levels and disciplines of Yoga and no previous experience is needed.
